Jennifer Leyrer, LMT
Jen began her health and wellness journey as a yoga student that progressed into a certified yoga instructor, over a decade ago. In 2018 Jen completed her training as a Thai massage practitioner. She feels that there is a close connection between yoga and Thai massage. Jen fell in love with this beautiful practice, bringing balance to both the body and the mind. Her passion for being a bodyworker continued and ultimately guided her decision to obtain her massage therapy license.
In addition to working in the health and wellness world, Jen is a wife and mother of two. She enjoys spending time with her family, staying active with yoga and workouts.

Includes a client assessment. Deep to tailored therapeutic pressure to manipulate the muscles and associated soft tissue system. This massage is performed on a massage table, using massage lotion and draping. Clients undress to individual comfort levels.

Traditional Thai
An ancient healing energy and body work practice incorporating blends of acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. These sessions use passive stretching, gentle pressure along energy lines, and pressure points in the body. Thai massage is traditionally performed on a padded mat, on the floor. Clients remain fully clothed, wearing comfortable/exercise clothing.
